Pop'n Charts is a web-based chart creation tool that allows users to:

5. Usage Limits and Restrictions

• File uploads are limited to 5MB per file
• Maximum 10,000 data rows per chart
• Rate limits apply to file uploads (10 per minute)
• Free accounts may have monthly chart creation limits

We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Pop'n Charts, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service

6.2 Chart Watermarks

Charts created with free accounts include a watermark ("Created with popn-chart.com"). Removing or obscuring this watermark violates these Terms.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Beta Period

During our beta period, certain premium features may be available for free. We will provide notice before implementing paid plans.

7.2 Future Pricing

When paid plans are introduced:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed on our website
• Subscriptions will be billed in advance
• You may cancel at any time
